 Exciting new FREE courses for anyone aged 16 to 19 Years Old!

Free Training in Hairdressing, Barbering & Beauty Therapy




Vocational careers!


We're changing things up at ALD Hair, Beauty & Barber Training Academy and have new courses planned for September 2023 and think the students are really going to enjoy these! 
We will be running the following separate programmes-

Hairdressing

Level 1 Hairdressing covering shampoo, blow drying, styling women's hair, colouring hair and more.
Level 2 Hairdressing covering cutting, colouring, set and dress, style & finish and more.

Beauty Therapy
Level 1 Beauty therapy/L2 Beauty cosmetic Make-up and beauty counter consultancy

Covering manicure, pedicure, skin care (facials) make-up, eyelash extensions, Nail extensions and more.

Barbering

Level 2 Certificate in barbering covering cut men's hair, cut facial hair, health & safety, and client consultation.

An example timetable-
Students will attend with us for 2 days per week to work towards their VTCT fully recognised certifications.
We'll help source a salon/barber placement for students to attend.
Students will attend our hub for Maths, English, employability, and enrichment.
No entry requirements for level 1

We have small groups.
All products and equipment will be provided in the salon for students to use.
Travel and bursary may apply subject to household income.
